Our services
Compliance is the foundation. Advisory is the point.
Most accounting firms stop at the tax return. We use compliance as the foundation for a broader, ongoing advisory relationship that helps you minimise tax, protect your assets and plan ahead with confidence.
Our five service areas cover the full picture, from annual accounts and BAS through to SMSF administration, Xero bookkeeping and deceased estate support, delivered by a team that knows your business by name.
No financial products, no lending arm. Every recommendation is shaped by what’s right for you.
Every engagement is owned by an experienced client manager who knows your business personally.
Regular check-ins, Xero monitoring and forward planning throughout the year, not just at lodgement time.

What accounting services does Wiseman Accountants offer?
Five core areas: business accounting and tax compliance, business advisory, self-managed super fund administration, bookkeeping and Xero support, and deceased estate administration. Compliance is the foundation, and business advisory is the ongoing relationship built on top of it.
Is Wiseman Accountants a fit for a smaller or newer business?
The firm does its best work with established, family-owned businesses turning over $1 million or more, usually with employees. If your business is earlier stage, a discovery call is still the honest way to find out whether the fit is right.
How do we work out which accounting services we actually need?
Start with a discovery call. The team asks about where your business is at and what you are trying to achieve, then sets out which accounting services genuinely apply, rather than assuming you need all five from day one.
Can we use one service, like bookkeeping, without taking on the full advisory relationship?
Yes. Each service area, including bookkeeping and Xero support, stands on its own. Many clients start with compliance or bookkeeping alone and add advisory later once the relationship is established.
Do these services all run through Xero?
Most do. The firm runs on Xero, so bookkeeping, compliance and advisory reporting all draw on the same current numbers rather than figures pulled together separately. If you are not on Xero yet, setup and staff training are part of getting started with any of the five services.
Does using several services together cost more than going to separate providers?
Pricing is scoped upfront for whatever combination of services you need, agreed before work starts, so you know the cost regardless of how many areas are involved. There are no surprise bills along the way.
