How quickly will we hear back after we send an enquiry?
Every enquiry gets a reply within one business day. Not every enquiry ends in a discovery call, and if that is the case for yours we will tell you honestly rather than book a meeting that will not go anywhere.
Does the initial conversation cost anything?
No. Requesting a discovery call is a no-obligation conversation about your business and what you are trying to achieve, so we can work out together whether we are the right fit before anything is agreed.
We already have an accountant. Is it still worth getting in touch?
Yes. Plenty of people who get in touch are weighing up a switch rather than starting from scratch, and that is a perfectly good reason to have the conversation. We will talk it through honestly rather than assume you have already decided to move.
Do we need to visit the Newtown office, or can everything be handled remotely?
Most clients do sit down with us at Newtown first, since that is where the majority of our advisory work happens. From there, cloud accounting on Xero means clients in Springfield, Brisbane West, Toowoomba and Logan work just as closely without needing to visit.
