If we're not close to Ipswich, how does the relationship actually work day to day?
Everything runs through Xero, so your client manager works from the same live numbers no matter where you sit. Quarterly advisory meetings and regular contact happen by video call as easily as in person, with visits to Newtown whenever that’s useful.
Will a business further from Newtown get a lesser level of service?

No. Our only office is at Newtown, Ipswich. Clients across those areas work with us through Xero and video calls, with in-person visits to Newtown available whenever that’s more useful than meeting remotely.
